John is responsible for all things marketing at Aidentified. Over the course of his 25 year career, he’s worked with dozens of iconic B2C and B2B brands, including Apple, Google, Microsoft, Dell, and more. John’s interests include game design, writing, and (for the foreseeable future) driving long distances to watch his kids play soccer and softball.

As the Sales Director at Aidentified, Jeff is helping our clients use AI to transform their prospecting strategies. Prior to Aidentified, Jeff was Director of Business Development at Cyndx, focusing on AI-driven deal origination for private equity and investment banking. In his free time, Jeff enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and golfing. Jeff and his family moved to a small town in Spain for a year during the pandemic.

Jeff leads sales strategies and team performance at Aidentified. Jeff's career includes roles as Vice President of Sales at Salutary Data, where he focused on enhancing B2B data quality, and positions at ZoomInfo, Aurea Software, and QuotaFactory. He also held several senior roles at Dun & Bradstreet, including VP Sales. When he’s not at work, Jeff likes to golf, ski, BBQ and hone his pickleball skills.

Kim Rauker is the Controller at Aidentified., where she has been managing financial operations since September 2018. Previously, she was a Senior Accountant at Rauker, Scheinfeldt & Co., Inc. for 29 years. When she’s not at work Kim likes to travel, garden and spend time with her family.

Omar leads Partnerships and is a co-founder at Aidentified. Omar has held senior roles including VP of Business Development at WealthEngine and Head of Platform Partnerships at Dun & Bradstreet, where he helped scale partnerships with major CRM and marketing platforms. He speaks French and Arabic (and English) but not usually all at once.

In his role as the VP of Customer Success at Aidentified, Ronak leads efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. With over a decade of experience in customer success, product marketing, and client management, Ronak has held leadership roles at ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet. Away from work Ronak enjoys spending time golfing and skiing.

As the Senior Vice President of HR and Operations at Aidentified, Sue, oversees HR and operational strategies. With over 25 years of experience in HR and operations, Sue has held key leadership roles, including HR/Finance Manager at Technium, Inc., where she successfully implemented programs that improve employee satisfaction and streamlined business processes which contributed significant growth during her tenure. When she’s not at work Sue enjoys running, reading, and watching tennis. Her ultimate goal is to attend all 4 grand slams.

Tom currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Aidentified, bringing over 15 years of expertise in finance and accounting. He has held leadership roles at Bottomline Technologies, NOBULL, and Dun & Bradstreet, where he excelled in financial planning, process improvement, and system implementation. Although it sounds like all Tom does is think about numbers, he actually enjoys golfing, fishing from his kayak, and carting his two kids to all of their sports commitments.

Jay Kern is the Founder and General Partner of Kern Capital, LLC, focusing on life sciences private equity investing. He previously led Kern Whelan Capital for 13 years, managing investments in sectors like life sciences, technology, and manufacturing. Jay has been involved in several successful exits, including Reata Pharmaceuticals and Apton Biosystems. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, classical music, and fine arts.

Matt Conway is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Shields Health Solutions, leading partnerships with hospitals nationwide. He previously spent 14 years at EMC Corporation, where he served as Global Vice President of OEM Sales and held leadership roles in strategy, operations, sales, and marketing. Matt began his career as a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He graduated summa cum laude from Boston College and earned an MBA from Babson College's F.W. Olin School of Business.

Greg is the Senior Director and Head of Wealth Management at FactSet, where he leads financial performance and strategy for the business unit. With over 28 years at FactSet, Greg has driven innovation in sales, strategy, and product development, notably in helping create the award-winning Advisor Dashboard and launching key products like FactSet Widgets and Intelligent Prospecting. He holds an Economics degree from Boston College and lives in Surrey with his wife and three daughters.
